Mantra The Point offers studios, plus 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments with views of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps. Each apartment has a large private balcony, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. In-room amenities include Samsung Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and heating. Some apartments feature a French press coffee maker (bring your own ground coffee) and a water purifier.

No on-site restaurant. Each apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and cooking utensils. Guests can cook meals. Restaurants, bars, and eateries are within a 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk along the lakefront to Queenstown centre. Uber Eats delivers to the property.

It is 500 metres from Frankton Walkway, 5-minute drive to the bus stop with service to Queenstown. The property is 30-minute walk to town. Taxi or Uber to CBD costs about $21. The driveway is steep - guests with low cars or mobility concerns should drive slowly.

Services include free parking (one spot per apartment), free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, private check-in/check-out, tour desk, bicycle rental, and security alarm. Reception is open 9:00-17:00. Housekeeping is not daily - guests can request fresh towels. The Hotel Manager Vinod is available on site. Business services: fax/photocopying.
